Gazetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe nga partia n\u00eb pushtet. Si AGK k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb q\u00eb gjykata ta trajton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe, sot Ministria e Industris\u00eb, Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Tregtis\u00eb, ka dal\u00eb me nj\u00eb sqarim sa i p\u00ebrket rastit t\u00eb mediumit Klan Kosova.<\/p>\n<p>MINT ka njoftuar se Komisioni p\u00ebr Shqyrtimin e Ankesave p\u00ebr Regjistrimin e Bizneseve, pas verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dokumentacionit n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr Klan Kosov\u00ebn Sh.P.K., ka konstatuar se vendimi i shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb ishte i drejt\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me ligjet n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKjo, pasi q\u00eb Komisioni ka siguruar dokumentacionin aktual nga institucioni p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, p\u00ebr \u201cPronar\u00ebt e V\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Subjektit\u201d, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin dokumentacion ka gjetur se Kosova paraqitet p\u00ebrs\u00ebri si pjes\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e MINT.<\/p>\n<p>Ministria m\u00eb tej shton se n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij dokumentacioni, Komisioni ka refuzuar ankes\u00ebn e parashtruar nga pala n\u00eb procedur\u00eb, duke konfirmuar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn shkelje t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs q\u00eb e ka konstatuar ARBK n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7do pal\u00eb n\u00eb procedur\u00eb g\u00ebzon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e ankimimit ndaj vendimeve t\u00eb ARBK-s\u00eb.
