{"id":5245,"date":"2023-06-30T22:50:31","date_gmt":"2023-06-30T20:50:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/capital921.com\/?p=5245"},"modified":"2023-06-30T22:50:31","modified_gmt":"2023-06-30T20:50:31","slug":"sa-pagoi-qeveria-e-kosoves-pjesetaret-e-struktures-ilegale-mbrojtja-civile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/capital921.com\/?p=5245","title":{"rendered":"Sa pagoi Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e struktur\u00ebs ilegale \u201cMbrojtja civile\u201d?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zyra Komb\u00ebtare e Auditimit (ZKA) ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se nga janari deri n\u00eb gusht t\u00eb 2022, Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs, Rinis\u00eb dhe Sportit ka paguar mbi 70 mij\u00eb euro n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb pagave p\u00ebr 20 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs ilegale \u201cMbrojtja civile\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa me 29 qershor, Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs e\u00a0shpalli\u00a0struktur\u00ebn ilegale \u201cMbrojtja civile\u201d organizate terroriste.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas ZKA-s\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb vendimin e Qeveris\u00eb nr. 06\/39 t\u00eb dt. 22.07.2015, MKRS kishte vazhduar t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb pagat p\u00ebr 20 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs ilegale t\u00eb ashtuquajtur \u201cMbrojtja civile\u201d p\u00ebrderisa nuk kishte d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb vijueshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>ZKA thot\u00eb se n\u00eb gusht t\u00eb 2022,\u00a0MKRS mori vendim p\u00ebr t\u00eb pezulluar pagat e k\u00ebtyre pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Vlera e pagesave t\u00eb realizuara p\u00ebr k\u00ebta pun\u00ebtor\u00eb, sipas ZKA-s\u00eb deri n\u00eb marrjen e vendimit ishte 76 mij\u00eb e 791 euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMinistria kishte vazhduar t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt bazuar n\u00eb vendimin e Qeveris\u00eb nr. 06\/39 t\u00eb dt. 22.07.2015, p\u00ebr 20 pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs ilegale t\u00eb ashtuquajtur \u201cMbrojtja civile\u201d p\u00ebrderisa nuk kishte d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb vijueshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb. Ministra kishte marr\u00eb vendim me dat\u00eb 19.08.2022 p\u00ebr t\u00eb pezulluar pagat e k\u00ebtyre punonj\u00ebsve deri n\u00eb gjetjen e nj\u00eb alternative.
