n\u00eb at\u00eb se si dhe kur \u2013 si t\u00eb qet\u00ebsohet situata n\u00eb terren, si t\u00eb organizohen zgjedhje t\u00eb reja dhe si t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb dialog dhe t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha detyrimet e dialogut, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti marr\u00ebveshjen e fundit n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e normalizimit\u201d, tha Borell t\u00eb enjten.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka shtuar se n\u00eb takimin me Kurtin, ka ritheksuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn q\u00eb kryetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhur n\u00eb komunat serbe, t\u00eb punojn\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrtesa alternative.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me arrestimet e disa serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb pas protestave t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb veri, Borell po ashtu tha se \u201cnuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb mosnd\u00ebshkim p\u00ebr autor\u00ebt e dhun\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<article class=\"article\"><main class=\"article__main\">Megjithat\u00eb, ai theksoi se \u201carrestimi ose keqtrajtimi arbitrar i padrejt\u00eb i t\u00eb burgosurve dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim dhe se ai do t\u00eb raportoj\u00eb te ministrat e jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u201cku q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb dhe ku duhet t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr kat\u00ebr or\u00eb rresht, n\u00eb Bruksel, Borrell dhe i d\u00ebrguari evropian p\u00ebr dialogun mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, Mirosllav Laj\u00e7ak, kan\u00eb zhvilluar \u201cnj\u00eb seri takimesh p\u00ebr menaxhimin e krizave\u201d, fillimisht me kryeministrin e Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb me presidentin e Serbis\u00eb,
